Vista Real Classica II Subdivision is strategically located at Barangay Batasan, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It’s near - equally prime subdivisions and posh abodes – thus; residents have easy access to major businesses and public service through a primary road, the Commonwealth Avenue.

If you plan to establish your dream house in this peaceful subdivision, you there are various shopping options you can choose from. The Ever Gotesco Mall is only 10 minutes away (2.3 km) via Don Antonio Drive and Vista Real Avenue. Puregold is a 13-minute drive by car (3.7 km) via Commonwealth Avenue and Don Mariano Marcos Avenue.

Should you want to shoot two birds with one stone, you can venture farther to EDSA, where the largest retail mall is situated, SM City North EDSA and Trinoma Mall. SM City North EDSA is more than 30 minutes from Vista Real Classica II – 32 minutes to be exact (3.1 km) through R-7. In fact, SM City Fairview is nearer at 31 minutes, but SM City North EDSA has one advantage because it’s a stone’s throw away from another big mall, Trinoma. Your children’s education won’t be a problem as well; there are nearby preparatory, elementary schools, high schools and colleges. The Diliman Elementary School is just 10 minutes away (2.5 km) through Don Antonio Drive and Vista Real Avenue. The Seed Montessori School is 14 minutes away by car (4.6 km) via Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7. Batasan Hills Elementary School is a little bit farther away at 6.6 km. You can be there by car within 20 minutes, if you pass through Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7. Another elementary school is the San Diego Elementary School, which is an 18-minute drive by car (5.9 km) via the same route.

There’s also a secondary school nearby, the Batasan Hills National High School, which is 17 minutes by car (5.8 km) through Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7. The Claret School of Quezon City is 19 minutes from the subdivision (7.8 km), if you take the R-7 road. Our Lady of Mercy School of Quezon City is close by – just 11 minutes away (3.6 km) via Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7.

Going to college is easy, as the most prestigious university in the country, the University of the Philippines (U.P.), is in Diliman, Quezon City. It’s an 18-minute drive, only 7.1 km, via R-7. Miriam College is 23 minutes by car (7.6 km) through C-5, Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7. Ateneo de Manila University is 20 minutes by car (7.2 km) via the same route.

For your sick family members, you can take them to the St. Mattheus Hospital, which is a 26-minute drive by car (8.7 km) via Batasan-San Mateo Road, while The Medical City Hospital is farther away – 36 minutes (14.7 km) via Katipunan Avenue. The Fairview General Hospital is 19 minutes for the 8-km stretch via Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue and R-7. Meanwhile, the New Era General Hospital is closer at 4.8 km; you can be there in 15 minutes through Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue.

The subdivision has its own security guards but outside of the community, you can report to Police Station 6, which is 17 minutes by car (6 km) via Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue.

Churches and other places of worship are within a drive away from Vista Real Classica II. The Iglesia ni Cristo local in Commonwealth is merely 3 km from the subdivision; you drive there within 11 minutes through Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, R-7, then Don Antonio Drive, and lastly, Vista Real Avenue. If you’re a Baptist, you can attend church services at the San Mateo Bible Baptist Church, which is 26 minutes away (8.5 km) via Batasan-San Mateo Road. Catholics can fulfill their religious obligations at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, which is a 14-minute drive (4.6 km).

There are banks around the village too, such as the Banco de Oro (BDO) that is 17 minutes by car (5.2 km) via the common route, Commonwealth Avenue, Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, R-7. Convenience stores are also found in nearby streets and even in the village itself. Hence, the village’s location is not a problem as commercial establishments have sprouted within its vicinity.
